FRESH Friday Idea
Plant your greens in a pot. Pick spinach, argula or lettuce,your favorite. Set the pot in your kitchen window and you will enjoy green greens in about 4 weeks. Plus there is something about seeing seeds sprout that feeds the soul. Spring is close, bring it in with a salad you grew.
